Castle Superstars vs Roses United FC

AFTER three days of training and trials, Castle Superstars played against Roses United Football Club on Thursday January 9.

The top 23 players (the Castle Superstars), who have been selected from the 45 prospects, were given the opportunity to showcase their talents against Roses United FC.

Beforehand the team went through extensive training supervised by South African soccer legends Phil Masinga and Neil Tovey as well as four other top coaches.

Castle Superstars represent some of the elite local soccer talent aged between 18 and 21 and will continue with the development camp until January 20.

The players that have been selected are: Thulane Motau, Cyril Mollo, Pule Moeleti, Abrahams Swarts, Lebohang Nkaki, Chase Parsons, Thamisang Gwabeni, Gerald Modisane, Tiesetso Lebelo, Theko Thako, Nkosinathi Nkosi, Sandile Zondi, Ayanda Makua, Sonke Ntuli, Sibusiso Mahlangu, Karl Clements, Nhlanhla Nyembe, Pule Mmodi, Siphamandla Dlamini, Vusi Mofokeng, Lehlonololo Marumo and Deolin Mekoa.

Of the three Wildcard prospects, Thulane Motau from Mpumalanga has made it into the final 23.
