Alberton Cobras Shotokan Karate Club competed in the SA Championships of the South African Shotokan Karate Academy (SASKA) held in Pretoria on September 17.
Fifty-three members of the club participated, and they performed superbly to bring home a total of 61 medals (19 gold, 23 silver and 19 bronze).

The club operates on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 17:30 to 18:30 at Ascot Mews Conference & Wedding Venue (19 Heidelberg Road, New Market Alberton).
