Kaizer Chiefs vs Highlands Park in last 16 Nedbank Cup

The match will be played on February 22 at 3pm.

Kaizer Chiefs will battle it out against Highlands Park to stake their claim in the last 16 Nedbank Cup over the weekend.

Even though it is totally another ball game, local team Kaizer Chiefs will have a fight on their hands when they take on Highlands Park at the Makhulong Stadium. Amakhosi will have to make amends after they failed to win their premiership match last weekend. They have played Highlands Park on several occasions, but seeing as this is a knockout match, the side need to keep the fire burning for their fans.

“We need to do it for our fans; focus on the Nedbank Cup against Highlands Park. They are not to be underestimated. We have played them in the past, but must remember that this is a knockout game,” said head coach of Kaizer Chiefs Ernst Middendorp.

“It is always difficult to play at their home grounds. They have a great fan base, but so do we. Going forward will not be easy.”

The match will be played on February 22 at 3pm.

The Nedbank Cup match is already sold out, as these two teams attract their fans.
