Union Bulldogs back at home

Union Bulldogs back at home this coming Saturday.

UNION Bulldogs Rugby Club will be back at home when they take on Raiders in their last round of the Pirates Grand Challenge competition.

The matches will be played on Saturday, June 18, at Klipriversberg Recreation Centre, Peggy Vera Road, Kibler Park.

The matches will start with the junior side at 13:00 and the first sides will be at 16:00.

Union has been in action against sides such as Alberton, Pirates and all the university sides in this competition, such as University of Johannesburg, Witwatersrand and North West. The club has moved to their new premises from Pioneers Park and is slowly developing to be a force again in this league.

The second round of matches in this league will start on Saturday, June 25.

Union Bulldogs also feature junior and senior sides and the golden oldies, Madalas side. Training for seniors will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 18:00 to 20:00 and for junior on Mondays from 18:00 and on Saturdays from 09:00.
