Fighting For Angels: Eight bout boxing event to help raise money for a good cause.

The Fighting For Angels boxing tournament will take place on Friday, July 24.

“OZZY” Osborne Machimana will once again grace the inside of the ring when he makes his welcome return to the hexagon to raise funds for the Eleven Angels.

Machimana and other big name boxers such as Clement Kamanga and Leron Miles will be in action at the Fighting For Angels boxing tournament that will take place on Friday, July 24, at the Germiston Hellenic Hall in Primrose.

Machimana will put his weight down against Mubinda Muanza Donna in a heavyweight clash. Machimana is the former South African title holder and successfully defended his title eight times. He now fights out of the Nick Castellun camp.

A total of eight bouts at the tournament will see Clement Kamanga take on Silas Sithole in the junior welterweight bout, MichaelMokoena will fight against Lerato Dlamini, Rofhiwe Maemu will try to knock-out Bongani Siwisa, Leron Miles will face Lewis Bukasa, Luro Nthbi will take on P Mthvetwa, Willes Baloyi will feature against N Makaleni and Vusimuzi Nyawusa will try to win on points against Twnisang Kasa.

ChesaNyama has come on board as main sponsor for the tournament. Tribes Africa, from Emperors Palace, have also joined the sponsorship team.

Eleven Angels embraces terminally ill patients in an effort to improve their quality of live and to afford them more time to spend with loved ones.
