National First Division club Jomo Cosmos from the South will play against Premier Soccer league club the Black Aces in the Nedbank Cup Last 16.
These two teams will play on Saturday March 21 at Mbombela Stadium, and is one of the two early kick-offs of the day.
Jomo Cosmos are sitting tightly in third position in the NFD, while the Black Aces are hoping to position themselves better under the top eight in the PSL.
“We know that they are a good team in the PSL, but we will give them a run for their money,” said Jomo Sono, trainer/manager at Cosmos.
“These teams in the NFD are hunting down the ball, and that is why it is so difficult to play them, you never get to let your game flow,” said head coach Jacob Sakala from the Black Aces.
Both clubs are in the running to get through to Nedbank Cup’s last eight.
