Diski Challenge to rock Nelson Mandela Bay

Road to the finals of the Diski Challenge.

The road to the Netherlands, the final destination for the inaugural winners of the MultiChoice Diski Challenge (PSL Reserve League), continues to wind its way through South Africa in search of the tournament’s champions.

Having already made its way through Kwa-Zulu Natal, the Western Cape, Gauteng and the Northern Cape, the next stop is the Eastern Cape for the semi-finals leg of the tournament. The final four teams, SuperSport United, the University of Pretoria, Black Aces and Mamelodi Sundowns, will battle it out for a place in the final and the opportunity to book themselves on the March 21 flight to the Netherlands.

The semi-finals are set for Sunday February 15 at the Isaac Wolfson Stadium in Zwide, Port Elizabeth. Entry into the stadium is free and tickets are available at all Shoprite/Checkers stores and Computicket outlets across the province. A limit of two tickets per person per day will apply. No tickets will be issued at the ground on match day.

The final round of the tournament will take place on February 28 in Gauteng, where the winning team will receive a trophy, gold medals and the coveted eight-day trip made up of a four-day training camp at the Royal Netherlands Football Association (KNVB) and friendly matches against select Eredivisie opponents.
