Jeet Kune Do against bullies

JEET Kune Do Concepts classes at the Box Office have commenced.

Rudolf van Greuning will conduct the training on Tuesdays and Thursday from 19:00 to 20:00 at the Box Office Gym is 1 A Berg Street, Oakdene.

As from the beginning of March he will also start teaching a Bully Safe Programme for children on Saturday mornings from 09:00 to 10:00. In this programme children will learn how to apply the concepts of Jeet Kune Do for self protection. The training methods for children will arm them with the most powerful tool that they will use for the rest of their lives which is self-confidence.
