Bafana Bafana depart for Gabon this afternoon, Wednesday, January 7 en route to Equatorial Guinea for the CAF Orange Africa Cup of Nations 2015 tournament.
The squad will fly directly to Libreville, the capital of Gabon, after they were initially scheduled to make an overnight stop in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The South Africans are jetting off at 14:50, but will first meet the Minister of Sport and Recreation the Honourable Fikile Mbalula at 11:00 who will wish them well on their assignment.
The Minister will be accompanied by the President of the South African Football Association (SAFA), Dr Danny Jordaan, who will wish them luck on their AFCON journey.
Fans can meet their heroes at the airport around 13:00.
