IF you are lucky enough to hit a hole in one at hole five during Ligstad’s annual golf day, a BMW 1 Series could be yours.
The Alberton RECORD and Ligstad invite all keen golfers to join us for a round of golf on October 28 at the Reading Country Club. So get your golfing buddies together and get your swing ready for that hole in one on the fifth hole – you never know, you might just drive away in a brand new BMW 1 Series courtesy of Alberante BMW.
You can enter a four-ball at R3 500 per four-ball, and companies are invited to sponsor a hole on the day. Hole sponsorships are available at R5 000 for holes 1, 7, 8, 10, 11, 15 and 18 and R2 500 for holes 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 12, 13, 14, 16 and 17.
Businesses and individuals can also come forward as sponsors for the green fees of R12 000 for the day, or sponsor the halfway house at R10 000 or dinner at R15 000 or contribute R15 000 toward the prizes for golfers on the day.
Funds raised on the day will be donated to Ligstad, a community project in Alberton North with the less privileged and needy in the community. Ligstad’s services include an aftercare centre for about 50 children, elderly care, a feeding scheme, counselling, and distribution of clothing, upkeep of a vegetable garden in support of their feeding scheme as well as praise and worship.
