FRANCES Vorwerg held their annual golf day at Glenvista Country Club on Thursday June 5.
Once again it proved to be a successful day having Rand Water on board as their main sponsor of the event.
The full field of golfers annually supports the schools efforts to raise funds. Various other organisations in the South also supported this effort of the school. The golf day usually attracts golfers from all over Johannesburg and is one of the highlights of Frances Vorwerg fundraising events during the year. The other popular event is the Rand Water Cycling event, which takes place at the latter part of the year at Rand Water on the corner of Swartkoppies and Klipriver drives.
