It’s all happening in the South this weekend

Point your compass down this Saturday 26 April, because all the excitement is going down, down South!

With Lusitoland, the Rand Show and to top it all, the SASCOC Triple Crown at Turffontein all happening this weekend, you’ll be spoilt for choice in the South of Jo’burg.

 

The highlight of the day is undoubtedly the final leg of the SASCOC Triple Crown – the SA Derby where Louis the King is poised to become just the second horse ever to win South Africa’s Triple Crown, earning him a cool R2 million bonus and elevating him to legendary status.

Louis the King is ready to earn his fame and fortune in one historic race. His is a story of passion, inspiration and hope!

 

Having won two legs of the SASCOC Triple Crown, Louis the King has only the third leg – the South Africa Derby on 26 April 2014 – to conquer and establish himself as a true legend. Only one other horse has ever won all three legs of the Triple Crown: the renowned Horse Chestnut won in 1999.You can be there to witness the excitement!
