We want to clean our ward

As far as I know he has had three public meetings within the ward pertaining to various projects that are occurring within the ward.

I am writing this in response to a letter that was published in the COURIER on November 21.

A resident has pointed out the fact that Ward 124 has not taken part in the mayor’s clean-up campaign which is 100 percent correct as I too, am a resident of that ward. I have on two occasions sent the councillor a request over WhatsApp requesting when Ward 124 will be taking part in this campaign. On both occasions he has not bothered to reply.

There has been communication from our executive mayor in connection with his clean-up campaign, but it’s the councillor’s duty to communicate this to the residents. How come all of our wards are taking part in this campaign but not us?
