Encouraging our marriages

Thank you and your team (Southern COURIER) for bringing us great local news week in and week out. We really appreciate your efforts in keeping us updated on news that we could not have accessed if it was not for your great work.

I must also acknowledge the good work you are doing in encouraging our marriages by always publishing the wedding anniversaries. As a married young man, this column helps me to know that I can also do it. I can have a long lasting marriage if I choose to be committed to my wife.

I suggest that maybe this column can feature a few questions to the couple celebrating these milestones so that we can also learn more about how they made it this far.
