Bad service from retailer

Recently I have had some very bad experiences from retailers, and especially from the Chinese shops.

I was shopping at Rosettenville Junction on Saturday afternoon and saw a top in the window which I liked, so I went and bought the top, making sure that I could exchange or get a refund if it didn’t fit. The shop assistant assured me that it would be okay.

Well the top was too small and I returned it on Sunday, they did not have another size to fit me, and nothing else that I liked, and I requested them to refund my money, and they refused this request.

Unfortunately it is people like these that give the Chinese people a bad name. Unfortunately Edcon Group are following the same procedure, by giving gift cards. This experience has put me off by supporting any Chinese shopping mall or the Edcon Group
