Southgate Mall toilets in a bad state

I recently visited Southgate Mall and was quite shocked by the condition of the toilets on the ground floor next to Clicks.

Many of them had containers on top of them, indicating that they were out of order, and the ones that were available to be used seemed to be quite unhygienic due to what appeared to be faulty flushing facilities. Can we please have an explanation from the Manager of this Centre advising why the facilities of one of the major shopping malls in the South are in such shocking condition?

Wiley Quinn, General Manager, responded:

We acknowledge that the three toilets were out of order and apologise profusely for the inconvenience to the customer. We are aware of the state of the facilities and are in the process of repairing all ablutions, by the end of July 2014.

We are also planning to upgrade ablution facilities in the next six months.
