Thank you to our voters

It was hard work. A long campaign but a fruitful one.

The morning of the elections was hectic. As streams of people were standing at two of my voting stations, IEC officials could not decide about the split.

This was unacceptable. This caused so much confusion and lead to unnecessary frustration.

The IEC needs to communicate clearly all changes in due time. I believe the working hours of any IEC official is too long and that is where we fall down heavily.

The voters are not interested if they tired or not. All they want is to vote and receive good service.

The results have spoken and now the hard work begins.

On this note I would like to thank all the voters who came out to vote for us. Everyone is special. To all the people who assisted us with our campaign and election, a special thank you.

Together we stand. Your future is in your hands.
