The only way out is always through

Adjust your mindset to become a winner.

“The best way out is always through.” – Robert Frost.

This means facing tough situations with grace. In this context, ‘through’ refers to the process of enduring, confronting, and working through problems rather than avoiding or escaping them.

It implies that by engaging with our struggles – whether they are emotional, psychological, or situational – we can find resolution and ultimately emerge stronger or wiser on the other side.

The quote emphasises resilience and the importance of persistence in overcoming obstacles. This is the mindset that sets winners apart from the rest.

It is always tempting to choose instant gratification because it excites the brain and further reinforces it to do so by releasing happy chemicals like dopamine.

This is how you have a brain trained to seek instant gratification rather than a delayed one.
