Be aware of your self-talk

Start with this process right away, it changed my life and it will change yours too!

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is a greatest accomplishment.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson.

You were fed with programming at birth that drives your beliefs and make you see the world as a monster. Change this programming by changing your self-talk and your dreams will come true.

Different levels of self-talk:

Level One (The level of negative acceptance) – “I Can’t”, “I wish I could, but I can’t”, “I could never do that”, “I can never lose weight.” These statements cripple our best intentions and seduces us into becoming satisfied with mediocrity.

Level Two (The level of recognition and need to change) – “I need to,” or “I ought to,” or “I should,” Why does that work against us? Because it recognises a problem, but creates no solution at all. “I really need to cut down on my smoking,” “I’ve got to do something about that!”

Level Three (In this level you recognise the need to change, but also you make the decision to do something about it and you state the decision in the present tense as though the change has already taken place.) – In this level you say, “I never smoke!” “I no longer have a problem dealing with people at work,” “I never eat more than I should,” “I never get upset in traffic,” “I no longer put off doing anything I want to get done.”

Level Four (is the kind of self-talk that has been used the least and is needed most).

“I am a winner! I am healthy, energetic, enthusiastic, and I’m going for it! Nothing can stop me now. “I like who I am”.
