Naturena Secondary to implement uniform changes

Naturena Secondary launch new uniform.

Naturena Secondary School has implemented a uniform change at a parents’ meeting on September 19.

The school, established in 2023, was at the same premises as Naturena Primary School and only offered up to Grade Eight classes.

In January 2024, the school relocated to its own premises in Naturena and now offers Grade Eight and Nine classes.

The school launched the new uniform at the parents’ meeting, with green being the primary colour of the school.
The uniform will be implemented in 2025 as the school will also have its first Grade 10 class.

Noel Dliwayo, principal of Naturena Secondary School, outlined the importance of the new uniforms.

“As a new school, we want our distinct uniform, as it will allow us to develop an identity as a school,” said Dliwayo.

The SGB chairperson, Themba Makhoba, spoke about how the SGB feels about the school’s growth.

“We as SGB feel this is an important moment for Naturena Secondary and new uniforms will outline how we established and grew our school in our own way,” said Makhoba.
