The South Art Centre will participate in the Night of A 1 000 Drawings project this year, taking place on September 7.
The A5 art exhibition is hosted to raise funds for chosen beneficiaries.
The South Art Centre collects A5 artworks from various doodle sessions and locations that have one of the donation boxes and sells them for R200 each at the final event.
All the proceeds will be split between the chosen beneficiaries – Lefika La Phodiso, the Home Of Home for Girls and SafeStudy.
You can drop off donations of art pieces, sizes A5 and A4 only, at the South Art Gallery, 37 Vorster Avenue, Glenanda, Johannesburg south as they will be donated for the upcoming charity event.
The community is encouraged to donate their time and creativity to make a difference.
