Sing along with Sonja and Tjokker these school holidays
The production encourages using the imagination to promote cognitive, creative and social development.
Sonja Herholdt first appeared on stage at the age of three when she sang Sleep My Child at the local town hall. Her mother, who was a singing teacher, accompanied her.
Herholdt was awarded honorary colours for academics and drama at high school.
For the June holiday, your bundles of joy can enjoy Herholdt and her sidekick doggy, Tjokker. Together, they will entertain the little ones through song and dance in a 60-minute theatre production on June 29 at Mardi Gras, Carnival City.
The duo will sing familiar and new songs in Afrikaans and English during this interactive and educational programme that promises to be amusing.
The show will start at 11:00, and tickets cost R75 for children aged three to 12 and R150 for adults. Buy your tickets on Ticketmaster.
