Children enjoy random act of kindness

Children had an amazing day at Electron Shopping Centre.

Tannith Marais, a Grade Seven learner from Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic School, gave back to the community at Electron Shopping Centre on August 6.

She had a project to do for Life Orientation, based on random acts of kindness, so she chose to have a fun day for the children in the community. She also invited two orphanages but they unfortunately couldn’t attend.

She’s done this with her mother, Natasha, who manages Electron Shopping Centre. Electron Foods supplied food, cakes, sweets, cold drinks, party packs, jumping castle, face painting and a magic show.

There were about 70 children who attended and they all had an amazing day.
