The South African Cake Decorators Guild (SACDG), Alberton Gladiola branch, is set to host the long-awaited workshop day on July 8.
SACDG was founded as an NPO in 1976 to promote the growth of the cake-decorating profession by holding events and demonstrations across the nation.
The workshop will be held at NG Church Brackenhurst, 63 Hennie Alberts Street from 07:00 (registration).
The Alberton branch was named after one of its first founding members.
Attendees will get to choose three demonstrations of their choice out of five to be taught on the day.
Participants are required to contribute R250 to participate in the activities.
