SAPS commissioned Component Research to carry out a follow-up survey to assess how satisfied customers are with SAPS provision of services to local communities.

You are invited to participate in the SAPS Customer Satisfaction and Public Perception Survey.

The goal of the survey is to determine the level of growth or decline in service delivery by SAPS and the features or faults in their services that need to be rectified.

The survey is confidential, voluntary and anonymous. Your name or any other personal information won’t be needed or included in the survey results in any way. The information will be used for research purposes only.

The information from the self-administered survey questionnaire will be recorded and processed after completion.
