Man shot and killed in Bellavista
It is believed the incident took place in the bottom section behind the Bellavista Clinic near the flats.
A man was shot and killed in Bellavista on Wednesday morning.
Booysens SAPS communication officer, Captain Lorraine van Emmerik, said the murder occurred at about 11:30.
“According to witnesses, a bakkie was parked at the premises. A few minutes later, a large number of shots were heard,” she said.
Van Emmerik said upon investigating, the witnesses noticed a deceased male inside the bakkie. The police were called, all the information was recorded, and investigations are ongoing.
