Annual Golf Day bolsters Alberton Child Welfare

Alberton Child Welfare recently hosted their annual golf day event at the Glenvista Country Club.

Alberton Child Welfare recently hosted its annual golf day to raise funds for the organisation and to ensure success in the rendering of services to their vulnerable children.

Their primary objective is to protect, promote rights, and ensure the well-being, safety, and development of children within the context of a family and community.

Alberton Child Welfare has extended its utmost gratitude to all who showed support and participated in their fundraising event at the Glenvista Country Club.

“As a non-profit child protection organisation, apart from the funding provided by the Department of Social Development, and funds which are obtained through fundraising, monetary donations and donations in kind that come from people in and around our community, enable us to go above and beyond the call of duty,” said Anubha Mackerdhuj, director of Alberton Child Welfare.

Alberton Child Welfare thanked all their golf day fundraiser participants.

“Special thanks to DCC Control Systems, Johan Bam and Associates, Solutions4u, Project 1 Realty, IKCS, Coenbuild, Gilmerinc, Sanlam, VW The Glen, Protective Force, Absolute Business Realty, Alberton Steel, C-LINE, ECO Laser, ICARE, Intasol, RTC Group and Momentum. Your contributions will extend to the hands that need it most,” she said.
