Activities for letter day:
Get some beautiful paper
You could get some online, but in keeping with the current trend, why not visit a stationary shop and get some beautiful paper? You can build your own envelope or buy one of a variety of textures and weights.
As long as the address label is clearly visible to the post office and they can determine where to deliver it, there is no restriction on how creative you can be.
Write a letter
Perhaps you want to get in touch with old friends or want to choose a political leader to whom you want to say something. Check out the post office for stamps that feature your favourite causes, such as protecting our marine life or conserving the bees. Don’t forget to look up the necessary salutations online if the letter is official.
Remember to use wax seals
To make it appear as though the recipient is receiving a letter from the Count of Monte Christo, you might get some traditional sealing wax and a seal with your initial on it. Sealing wax is the ideal finishing touch to make your letter even more unique.
