Generally, when a person exhibits confidence, it makes it easier to trust that person, and let’s be honest, who doesn’t want to be around a confident person? People want to work with confident people that they will trust.

When a person is confident, they typically are happy and feel positive about their ability to deal will daily challenges. With so much information to deal with it, it makes demands that a person must be clear and disciplined to manage their attention and focus on priorities.

Priorities are important because they keep you focused and undistracted on your goals. When your priorities are clear, your energy gets used to the right things.

Your efficiency and effectiveness increase, thereby bringing you much closer to achieving your set goals. It is tempting to try and attend to every interesting piece of information that comes out, but this comes at a huge cost.
