WATCH: Prayer session outside Netcare Mulbarton Hospital

The group gathered at the Cuddle Inn Nursery School in Mulbarton before they go to the hospital.

Fearless Life Ministries and community members braved the cold to unite in a prayer session outside Netcare Mulbarton Hospital this evening, July 16.

They are praying for the front line workers, the sick and Covid-19 patients.

“We are shifting this Battlefield with prayer, praise and worship. Prayer hits different when you fighting for life.”

The hospital has generously offered its parking and space to Fearless Life Ministries and community members to pray and worship the Lord.

This comes after an old video of people praying at the Netcare Union Hospital in Alberton spread widely on social media and touched even more people’s hearts.

The old video was actually taken earlier this year by one of the organisers of a prayer group who united people from different churches to pray for the sick and the frontline workers.

Hospital management, staff members, doctors, nurses and patients were touched by these events. It all started with a WhatsApp group.

All participants at the hospitals adhere to Covid-19 regulations and wear masks and practise social distancing without blocking entrances.

“Thank you to everyone that joined in. Your presence carried the atmosphere.”
