Mayberry Park children doing better after near-drowning incident

Two Netcare 911 specialised medical helicopters landed in Mayberry Park to take both children to a specialised facility for further care.

Two children from Mayberry Park are in a stable condition after a near-drowning incident on June 14.

According to Elowayne Gouws, operations manager from Fox Security, they were called out to the scene together with paramedics from Netcare 911.

“Paramedics stabilised the children before they could be airlifted to a nearby hospital,” said Gouws.

The COURIER received the following message from a Fourth Dimension Security Services officer:

“We have just received a call from the client wanting to let us know that the kids are doing fine. They thanked Fourth Dimension for their quick response, Fox Security and Netcare 911 for their assistance. Also a big thank you to everyone else who helped them.”
