South Hills and Crown Gardens clinics are now Covid-19 point of care

Patients are free to go to a facility they may be nearer to for continuity of care.

In line with the current Covid-19 pandemic, the Gauteng Health Department has decided to streamline services in order to effectively deal with the pandemic and make sure that the patients are serviced and protected.

The department has identified South Hills and Crown Gardens clinics as Covid-19 point of care, that is for screening, testing and managing Covid-19-suspected cases.

Due to the above action, all other services will be referred to nearby facilities.

Patients are free to go to a facility they may be nearer to for continuity of care.

This is done in order to manage and contain the spread of the pandemic and to protect the patients and community at large.

In line with the presidential call and mandate, this will be implemented with immediate effect.
