Warren travelled to New York to study acupuncture for treating addiction in New York. When he returned to SA, he became qualified as an acupuncture detoxification specialist trainer.
He completed his training at Lincoln Memorial Hospital Recovery Centre in South Bronx New York, the original clinic that pioneered the five-point NADA Acudetox protocol.
He has been practising in SA since 2005 and said he has treated may serious illnesses, such as emphysema, Parkinson’s disease, endometriosis, and other hormonal ‎issues, pain, breast lumps, drug and alcohol addictions, including smoking cessation, pain management, cancer, ADHD, and depression to name a few.
Warren further trained about 300 practitioners in SA over the past five years.

“These include doctors, psychologists, nurses, reflexologists, homeopaths, counsellors, massage therapists, harm reduction workers, volunteers, and beauty therapists,” he said.
