WATCH: The Art of Restoration Ministries in Kenilworth feeds the homeless

THE Art of Restoration Ministries in Kenilworth fed almost 100 homeless people at their premises, corner De Villiers and Leonard streets on June 29.

Pastor Beni Onan said they are doing this at the end of every month. They also ask the community to help the homeless by donating sleeping bags, blankets, non-perishable food, toiletries and most importantly, their time.

“We are fulfilling the mandate of our Lord Jesus Christ. As believers and Christians we need walk in the footsteps of the Lord Jesus Christ. We are feeding our brothers and sisters here and taking care of them,” he said.

He also urged anyone in the community to partner with them in helping the needy and the homeless.
