Attend the free Community Health Expo

Event that will improve people’s health life.

NATURENA Seventh Day Adventist Church, in collaboration with the City of Johannesburg Ward 119 Health Committee, will be hosting a free medical health expo on September 23.

The event will take place at Naturena, Extension 19, from 10am to 4pm. Admission is free and the whole community is invited. On the day, there will be health professionals, medical staff, specialists, and volunteers who will assist the community with free medical tests, as well as medical advice.

“’Diseases like hypertension, stroke, cancer, diabetes and HIV/Aids are among the most common causes of death in South Africa. Other medical problems such as anxiety and depression, substance abuse, and addiction are becoming increasingly common and may have an indirect relationship with mortality, may reduce the quality of life and affect interpersonal relationships.

“Are you wondering how can South Africa combat this scourge of illness? Do you want to live a healthier, happier life? Do you want to overcome addiction or learn ways to reduce the risk of disease? Find out how at the Community Health Expo,”’ said Ntombi Litsibane, one of the orgainsers.
