THE Believers Care Society hosted a talent show in Turffontein on July 25 where young people showcased their talents.
People were entertained with different performances throughout. The crowd was surprised by Clintern Dube with his mesmerising solo singing performance. Believers’ choir also kept the audience entertained by mixing gospel song with rap. Young and old supported the young people of Turffontein.
Spectacular performances of kwaito and pantsula dance were seen and the audience was overwhelmed throughout the event. The event was a free entry with the aim of promoting young and upcoming musicians.
“The event was mainly for young people to showcase their talent and share skills with other young people. What has conspired here makes me proud. As one of the organisers, to see what we have been planning is a success and it is appealing to the eye is great. The next time I hope we exceed bigger expectations,” said Thapalo Makhalemele.
