Southdale- The police are in sought for the suspects who are involved in yesterday’s (May 20) heist in Southdale.
The cash van was robbed at the shopping centre in the afternoon after the driver was accosted by the armed 8 suspects. There were no deaths and injuries reported on the scene but the suspects walked away with undisclosed amount of money. The suspects were driving a grey Audi.

The Hawks spokesperson for Gauteng captain Ndivhuwo Mulamu Said: “So far the has been no suspects arrested we are follow on the leads. And we are working with the National Bureau for Illegal Firearm Control and Priority Violent Crime also with Crime Intelligence on the case. We are appealing to the members of the community to please come forward if they have any information that might be of assist in our investigation.”
The case is being handled by the Hawks and they said there have been no new developments since yesterday.
