It was a big day for the Peermont Children’s Trust and the Peermont Education Trust on February 27 when Emperors Palace presented these two worthy causes with an amazing donation of R490 000 each.
The proceeds were raised during the Garden of Lights held at the Palace of Dreams during the festive season.
Nearly R1.5-million was raised with a further R300 000 being given to Cansa and R200 000 to the John Wesley Children’s Home in Kempton Park.
