Armed robbery at Rosettenville Junction

The store staff were robbed at gunpoint this afternoon.

ACKERMANS store staff was robbed at gunpoint this afternoon, March 14.

According to the eyewitness they went in held up the staff with guns and made them to open the cabinet with all the cell phones in it. “They took the money and bag full of cellphones and ran off. There was no security at the time of the robbery,” explained the eyewitness.

Moffat View Police Captain Phora gave the following statement:

“I can confirm that the armed robbery indeed took place and our officers are still on the scene. However I shall further communicate on the matter s soon as we complete with our preliminary investigations.”
