The JMPD have arrested a serial hijacker in Moffat View on March 5, and recovered Toyota Hilux which was hijacked in Kliptown.
The suspect was taken back to his house for further investigations and another Mercedes Benz which was hijacked in Parkview was also recovered by the JMPD.
