Grade R victory for Total Child Academy

TOTAL Child Academy had an inspiring and celebratory graduation of their Grade R learners on December 9.

The Total Child Academy, a Daycare which prides itself on putting God first in everything they do, had a graduation ceremony at their church, Total Restoration in Turffontein.

Pastor Lyke opened the graduation ceremony with a prayer and welcomed the young energetic graduates.

He said the graduates were a great example of hard work paying off.

Following a motivational sermon by the pastor, the young learners were announced by one of their teachers Mrs Beloved and walked out in formation.

WINNERS: Total Child Academy Grade R graduates received gifts for their hard work.

Their parents ululated with joy.

The graduates were awarded certificates and presents as a token of appreciation for their hard work.

One of the parents and part organiser of Total Child Academy’s first Grade R graduation, Zoleka Nonxuba said the graduation was to mark an important milestone in the young graduate’s lives.

She said Grade R had prepared them for school and the Academy wished all a fruitful and God filled future.

Nonxuba explained how the church and the academy partnered with parents to raise funds for the graduation ceremony.

“We are fortunate to have parents that support their children and stepped up to contribute to ensuring the graduation was a success.”

Both pastor Lyke and Nonxuba said they were proud of the young graduates who would one day reach for their dreams in their careers.

Nonxuba reminded congregants that registration for Grade Rs was open for any parent that needed an academy that put God first in all that it did.
