Mossie learners celebrate achievements

Grade Six learner Refiloe Ramabola came away with the title of overall winner.

THE Mossie Primary School held its prize-giving ceremony on November 24.

Acting principal Marvin Crosby opened proceedings by stating that the young learners were champions for working hard throughout the year.

He said he hoped they would continue to show such dedication to their learning as it would open many doors for them.

Learners were rewarded with certificates for their time and effort. Mr Dlamini and Ms Tunzi were among the teachers who could be seen motivating and congratulating the learners for their well earned accolades.

Tyreez Cloete from Grade Five scored seven distinctions, while Grade Six learner Refiloe Ramabola was ecstatic after coming away with the title of overall winner. Ramabola’s mother, Nomfundo Zondeka, said she was proud of her daughter, as all she expected was a motivated child with positive dreams.
