Pylon fixed within four weeks

“I am very pleased by the prompt response from the COURIER and City Power.”

WITHIN four weeks, the power pylon in the Moffat View area, between the True North and Southern Klipriviersberg roads, has been fixed.

On October 26, City Power spokesperson Sol Masolo said the entity was aware of the danger the power pylon posed. Masolo promised they would send their technicians to conduct a site assessment and complete repairs to the pylon within four weeks.

They have delivered on their promise.

Henry Storbeck from Elladdone, who alerted the COURIER to the possible danger surrounding the electricity pylon, was very pleased with City Power.

“I am very pleased by the prompt response from the COURIER and City Power,” Storbeck said. “By attending to this situation, massive damage has been prevented. Thank you and keep up the good work.”
