IN The Forest Venue will be hosting its annual Christmas folk market and fair and families are all invited to join in the Christmas festivities. The market will take place on December 2 on 2 Aloe Ridge Drive, Walkerville.
The atmosphere will be as festive as can be with great food, live folk music, a fairy trail, archery, tomahawk toss, tree climb, a haybale splash pond, a real Maypole, pony rides, face painting and more. This will give families and children the opportunity to let their imaginations soar in a beautiful outdoor environment with a real forest, forest trails, fairy trails and of course a Unicorn.
There will be carefully selected craft and other organic stalls supporting local South African crafters and Christmas shopping under a canopy of trees. Crafters, food trucks and artisans will be selling and displaying their home-made goods like everything from ice cream cones and soda floats to oysters and cheese.
