FRANCES Vorwerg is excited to present its Rietvlei Zoo Family Neon Night Run Night, which is set to take place on Friday, June 23.
The 5km run or walk will begin at 5.30pm for 6pm and you can book online in order to receive a free goodie bag. All funds will go towards the PTA (parent-teacher association) of Frances Vorwerg School.
The school is specifically for children with cerebral palsy or specific learning disabilities. The PTA would like to improve the seating on the children’s playgrounds and the general accessibility of the school – with the fundraising goal being R30 000. Refreshments will be sold for cash at the venue.
If you are unable to attend the Neon Night event, the school will still appreciate any donations, which can be given via the quicket link below.
