Proud DA member, Kade Guerreiro (25), was attacked by a number of ANC supporters after the DA led March For Change protest in the Johannesburg CBD on Friday April 7.
According to the Germiston City News, Guerreiro and his fiance were making their way back to their vehicle which was parked in the parkade at the Johannesburg Supreme Court when they were attacked by ANC supporters.
“I was crouched on the ground trying to protect my face and they were kicking and hitting me and hitting me with branches.”
Police intervened and Guerreiro was taken to Milpark Hospital for treatment for the injuries he sustained in the attack.
