BOOYSENS SAPS arrested a total of 35 suspects for various crimes committed between Monday, March 20, and Sunday, March 26.
These are the crimes and the number of suspects: common assault – one, assault with grievous bodily harm – three, drunken driving – one, house break-ins and theft – one, malicious damage to property – three, possession of drugs – six, possession of hijacked motor vehicle – four, possession of stolen motor vehicle – one, possession of unlicensed firearm – three, shoplifting – six, theft – one, theft out of motor vehicle – two, and use of motor vehicle without owner’s consent – two.
