Drug dealing suspect arrested in Haddon

The suspect is 32 years of age and will be charged with possession of a dangerous weapon and dealing in drugs.

THE VISPOL (Visible Policing) Unit from Booysens Police Station arrested a suspect after receiving information about an unknown male selling drugs in the Haddon area on Monday, March 6 at 1.30pm.

The members followed up the information and arrested the man, who was in possession of dagga, mandrax and crystal meth. While searching him they also found a large amount of money and a concealed knife.

The 32-year-old suspect is believed to be out on bail from a previous case. He will be charged with possession of a dangerous weapon and dealing in drugs.
