Voting has been stopped as a result of an intense argument.  The EFF party agents seem to be angry.

Things have intensified at the Inaugural Meeting of Council.

It is alleged that wrong doing must be suspected.

City Manager, Trevor Fawler, has explained that the argument ensued because Councillors were spotted not keeping their votes a secret as they do not fold the ballots in a manner that hides who they vote for.

Arguments continue as the EFF insists that Councillors can show their choices if they want to.

More details to follow soon.
