NOTICE is hereby given that a resolution will be proposed at the AGM to adopt a new constitution for Cotlands which is available at 134 Stanton Street, Turffontein, Johannesburg South for review.
The constitution has been amended to clarify certain provisions and to ensure that the constitution is in line with Cotlands’ current objectives.
